Answer: For Bespoke items, we request a MOQ of 100 pieces, although the more you order, the cheaper the unit price can be.

Question Two: Do you have stock items that can be shipped out quickly?
Answer: Yes we do. Upon request, we can send you our catalogue, in which you will find more 1000+ items of medal, Award plates, Glass and Crystals, blank pins, Championship Belts and metal components.

Question THREE: What is the lead time of bespoke item?
Answer: Normally it takes 7-14 days after artwork confirmation. Of course, order quantity will affect the lead time. Please talk to our sales team regarding your specific order.

Question FOUR: How long does it take to get a quotation?
Answer: During working hour, you can get the quotation within one hour.

Question FIVE: How can I get order delivered and if we can tracking the delivery?
Answer: We can help arrange Air delivery and Sea delivery upon your request. For air shipment, we can offer tracking number once goods are dispatched.
We can also arrange traditional Sea shipping with EXW,FOB or CIF price, customs clearances need to be done by client side.

Question SIX: Do you have iron medals and pins in stock?
Answer: We have wide range of iron medals and pins, their production will be based on order. We do not have iron items in stock for immediate dispatch.
